Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
Items marked as Final Sale, Custom-made, or Personalized cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date as indicated by the carrier’s tracking information.

Clearance or Final Sale products
Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Personalized or customized products
Health or hygiene-related items that have been unsealed
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your safety.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Your full name
Order number
Reason for return
Photo evidence (if damaged or defective)
Return Authorization:
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the correct return shipping address.
Ship the Item:
Securely repackage your item and ship it using your preferred carrier.
Please include your Return Authorization Number inside the package.
Condition Upon Return
Once we receive your item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets return eligibility.
If approved, your refund will be processed as outlined in our Refund Policy below.
Items returned in damaged or used condition (not due to a defect) will not qualify for a refund.
Incorrect Orders Placed by Customer
If a customer places an incorrect order (for example, wrong size, color, or product), the responsibility lies with the customer.
In such cases:
The customer will bear the actual shipping costs for both delivery and return (if applicable).
glossyhairs is not liable for errors made during checkout such as wrong product selection, quantity, or address.
We recommend double-checking all order details before confirming payment.

within 2 hours of purchase. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm that it meets all return requirements.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (e.g., debit/credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days after approval to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange either:
A replacement at no cost, or
A full refund, including the return shipping charge (if applicable).
Refund Timeline

Processing: 5–10 business days to issue the refund to your payment method.
Total Refund Time: Typically within 7–15 business days from the date we receive your return.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may still return the product once received by following the return process above.
To cancel an unshipped order, contact support@glossyhairs.shop
as soon as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Recheck your bank or credit card account.
Contact your payment provider (some banks take longer to post refunds).

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different color, size, or product, please:
Return the original item for a refund, and
Place a new order for your desired product.
